Vampire Knight: Kuran Kaname 09

In recent chapters of Vampire Knight, it is revealed that Kaname was indeed, resurrected from the grave by his own descendant, Rido Kuran. It appears that Rido used Haruka and Juuri's first born son, who was also named Kaname, as a sacrifice in order to awaken his great ancestor, but little is known as to what actually took place during the ritual. Even more astonishing is the fact that Rido Kuran is still alive... perhaps it's because of Kaname's existence that he can continue living? After all, a servant can never hope to kill his master.

Singaporean cosplayer おくの (Okuno) who is also known as Mike is the man behind this Kaname cosplay. I must admit, I'm glad to see a guy cosplay him, as there are more girl cosplayers of Kaname. This feature is cropped from the originally photo submitted by Okuno himself! Thanks also to his photographer Tanlin for the gorgeous work! You can check out Okuno's Blog for more of his cosplay and otaku updates!

I feel...tired.

I've been sleeping in too much! Arg. Anyway! Not a lot happened today... Yaaaay.. ;/

I redesigned my other blog's layout! I really like it and kind of wish it was my cosplay one but whatever. xD It's my more personal/real life blog and it will stay that way. I don't want to blog about life stuff here so I'll stop.

Here's a video I made today:

BioShock: Big Daddy and Little Sister

Graphic Artist, Harrison Krix and his fiancée, Emily had a private photoshoot in the Georgia Aquarium showcasing Harrison’s latest work, Big Daddy from the BioShock game.

This is a real costume with real LED lights, and Harrison is currently selling it on eBay, open for bidding until December 3, 2009.

You could probably win a cosplay competition with this, if he hasn’t already. You can view the rest of the photoshoot in his blog. Great work!

Bleach: Kuchiki Rukia with Kon

The Death God / Soul Reaper assigned to exterminate hollows in Ichigo's hometown, Kuchiki Rukia was forced to transfer her powers to Ichigo in order to save his life and his family's. Because of this, she had to live temporarily as a human; registering in a local high school and residing in Ichigo's closet. Even though Rukia has the body of a teenage girl, she is actually 10 times older than Ichigo.
Haru left a comment in my blog one day and I decided to visit her blog. I was suprised she had such an awesome cosplay of Rukia that I had to feature her! I'm glad you enjoy reading my blog, Haru, and I hope you cosplay more soon! (I also want a Kon doll too!)
